PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ORDER ONLINE ITEMS UNDER £1.00p MUST BE ORDERED IN MINIMUM OF A DOZEN (12PCS) WHICH IS A PACK OF 12 ASSTD I.E DESIGNS OR COLOURS WE ARE A TRADE COMPANY WHOLESALE TO THE RETAIL MARKET ALL GOODS PLUS VAT AT THE  RATE OF TIME OF DISPATCH.

• Any items delivered to our customers, if not 100% delighted with the product return to warehouse and we will refund or credit your account.
  
• It is our company policy to make sure all our customers are happy with the service and products ordered from our Web-Site-Sales Agents-Colour Catalogues-Trade Shows.

• Any Faulty goods supplied we are happy to exchange or credit.
